Dear Members,
Please note that we have decided to cancel Club Night on Mondays for the month of November. This is in order to allow members to play their Rockies matches.
There is limited availability of floodlit courts from Tues-Thurs as follows:
Tues 7-10pm: All courts are in use for men’s coaching
Wed 7.30-9.30pm: Two courts are in use for ladies coaching.
Thurs 7.30-8.30pm: Two courts are in use for ladies coaching.
So, if you wish to book the available court on Wed or Thurs you must have a definite arrangement with the other player(s) and then you must post your booking on the ladies or men’s WhatsApp group. Committee members will repost on the other group so that everyone is kept informed.
This only applies for the nights mentioned above – all other times members can just show up and take their chances. Rockies games should only last an hour or so, allow 5 mins for warm up and please be conscious of others waiting to play.
