Notice is hereby given that the AGM of Carraig Tennis Club will be held in the Wishing Well pub on Wednesday 21 October at 8 p.m.
> A number of current committee members are retiring and the following positions on the committee are open for new nominations:
> 1. Treasurer;
> 2. Members’ Secretary;
> 3. Ladies Captain;
> 4. Men’s Captain;
> 5. Junior Co-ordinator;
> 6. Social Secretary;
> 7. Website Manager
> 8. Grounds and Maintenance Manager.

> We are now inviting nominations for these vacancies. Those persons nominated to fill any vacancy must be nominated (only after agreement has been given by the nominee) by two members of the club and their names must be submitted to the Secretary 7 days in advance of the AGM. No member may nominate more than one candidate for any one vacancy.
> We urge you to consider giving one year to the service of the club in the capacity of a committee member. To help you understand the commitment involved, see the  document (posted below) outlining the responsibilities of each committee member.
